Rey Cerezuela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Rainerio in the 8th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Sαηgrε Azuɭ got a freekick which was hit by Walter Kannemann. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walter Kannemann in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rey Cerezuela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A throw-in in the 16th minute of the game was made by Virgilio Dalmau with Rosendo Mino as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Jacinto Barto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Unax Valdovinos, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A collision led to UD ZAS getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Freddy Ingueros hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Unax Valdovinos managed to get in a good position for a shot. UD ZAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Unax Valdovinos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Barto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th match minute, Sαηgrε Azuɭ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Dalmau to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Unax Valdovinos in the 37th minute of play forced Sαηgrε Azuɭ's goalkeeper Jacinto Barto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sαηgrε Azuɭ reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marquez Uncal got free with Jacinto Barto in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 75 played minutes Sαηgrε Azuɭ got a freekick which was hit by Walter Kannemann. Sαηgrε Azuɭ's Jacinto Barto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xines Bretal in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of UD ZAS booed when Sαηgrε Azuɭ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Kannemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Xines Bretal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. UD ZAS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
