Arjen Rodenboog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Sauveur in the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Buitenhout FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Berend Alkema hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Randag during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Fabian Randag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Cayetano Chesus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filiberto Sauveur took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arjen Rodenboog. Arjen Rodenboog dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Carlos Sendoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arjen Rodenboog having to interfere. Arjen Rodenboog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Domingo Torres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arjen Rodenboog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Domingo Torres, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 43 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arjen Rodenboog was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Wesley Kiewit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingo Torres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arjen Rodenboog read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Sportivo Mela Banco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cayetano Chesus in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Domingo Torres got free with Arjen Rodenboog in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcial Ticho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Teesing in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Filiberto Sauveur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arjen Rodenboog. Buitenhout FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filiberto Sauveur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. If Domingo Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Filiberto Sauveur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arjen Rodenboog. Buitenhout FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filiberto Sauveur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Thanks to some nice moves Evelio Enaut could shoot a difficult shot in the 77th minute, which Arjen Rodenboog however easily saved by the left post. 79 minutes into the match, Filiberto Sauveur dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arjen Rodenboog, 0-7. In the 86th minute Willem Oosterman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Domingo Torres put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Arjen Rodenboog. In the 95th match minute, Sportivo Mela Banco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Romano to maneuver through the defense. Sportivo Mela Banco played a much better game than Buitenhout FC and deserved their victory. The Buitenhout FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
