When Rosendo Gabino fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riquelme Fútbol Club's protests and gave Rosendo Gabino a yellow card for diving instead. Tytus Zahemski was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the game, Korneliusz Plaski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Powiśle Warszawa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riquelme Fútbol Club the free kick. In the 45th minute, Korneliusz Plaski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Edgard Gines sped through Powiśle Warszawa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tytus Zahemski. The crowd rose to their feet as Powiśle Warszawa's Radomil Haszczak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulino Caetano. That made the score 2-2 after 57 minutes of play. Paulino Caetano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedykt Nakoneczny in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute, Powiśle Warszawa's Ignacy Kieca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulino Caetano. Paulino Caetano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Ignacy Kieca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Caetano having to interfere. In the 68th minute Edgard Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tytus Zahemski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerzy Galus hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Riquelme Fútbol Club's zone, Radomil Haszczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Caetano came out of the goal and Radomil Haszczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 79 minutes into the match, Riquelme Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Paulino Caetano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radomil Haszczak. Edgard Gines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Tytus Zahemski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Caetano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Fiszer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Witold Fiszer charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Witold Fiszer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Powiśle Warszawa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
