Placido Laurgain took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulino Caetano. Paulino Caetano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 14th minute of the match, Edgard Gines tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gerardo Romelio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 20 minutes into the match, Riquelme Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Laurgain came free, but Paulino Caetano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Romelio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Todor. When SAN LORENZO FC's Placido Laurgain in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 37 played minutes Riquelme Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Toli. Dalmacio Toli kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Paulino Caetano came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by SAN LORENZO FC's Placido Laurgain. But to his dismay, Placido Laurgain quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The Riquelme Fútbol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SAN LORENZO FC were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Placido Laurgain made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to SAN LORENZO FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Mario Galtero hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the game, Edgard Gines cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Gerardo Romelio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabricio Tipi made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 62ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Paulino Caetano would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. A collision led to SAN LORENZO FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Ubaldo Jerardo hit a great ball. In the 67th minute, Dalmacio Toli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, SAN LORENZO FC's Paulino Caetano threw himself towards the right post 68 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Placido Laurgain, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 70 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristobal Berto came free, but Gerardo Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Jerardo kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After 71 played minutes SAN LORENZO FC got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Jerardo. Fabricio Tipi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Paulino Caetano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Edgard Gines came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Riquelme Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Gines couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Riquelme Fútbol Club's Paulino Caetano got control of the ball when Fabricio Tipi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Riquelme Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Bitxintxo came free, but Paulino Caetano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SAN LORENZO FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
