He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mikael Sjöberg. The supporters of Aracatiara EC booed when No Gravity FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens-Erik Kjellman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikael Sjöberg made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Giovani Cearense sent off a good shot on target. Mikael Sjöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horácio Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 36th minute, Bengt-Arne Ek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The No Gravity FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Aracatiara EC's Virgílio Melo got a free kick in the 38th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ludvig Skark managed to get in a good position for a shot. No Gravity FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludvig Skark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toninho Tepedino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Ludvig Skark's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toninho Tepedino was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Toninho Tepedino made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Ludvig Skark sent off a good shot on target. Ludvig Skark's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Toninho Tepedino firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Luiz Fernando da Silveira fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aracatiara EC's protests and gave Luiz Fernando da Silveira a yellow card for diving instead.
