When Fabiano Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the COMCHOPP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Quadros couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute, Ondrej Hnilica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuca Velloso came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Marek Janáček. But to his dismay, Marek Janáček quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 16 minutes, Válter Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COMCHOPP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Válter Schmidt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jozef Sivčo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Jergus Adamica notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of COMCHOPP's Samuca Velloso. Samuca Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jozef Sivčo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Paulo Leme in the 30th minute of play. If Marek Janáček had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of V.K.DRINK Hermanovce booed when COMCHOPP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Donato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuca Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Janáček in the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Marek Janáček shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jozef Sivčo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Paulo Leme in the 39th minute of the match. Luís Paulo Leme received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jozef Sivčo came out and tried to block the shot, but Luís Paulo Leme slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Lúcio Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. COMCHOPP's supporters rose to their feet, but Lúcio Paiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jozef Sivčo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jozef Sivčo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Paulo Leme to make the kick off. When Viktor Škrabák fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's protests and gave Viktor Škrabák a yellow card for diving instead. COMCHOPP's Válter Schmidt got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Leme in the 55th minute of play forced V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goalkeeper Jozef Sivčo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armandinho Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Luís Paulo Leme ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jozef Sivčo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Leme in the 92nd minute of play forced V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goalkeeper Jozef Sivčo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jozef Sivčo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to V.K.DRINK Hermanovce getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Marek Janáček hit a great ball. Válter Schmidt took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jozef Sivčo. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
