Joar Kuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Volker Biermann in the 5th minute of the match. Toralf Noldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliott Barck in the 6th minute of play. The Reds's Stig Lindgren managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Reinhold Reinbold in the 9 minute of the game. In the 11th minute, Felix Pellmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Reinhold Reinbold in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by The Reds's Elliott Barck. Leonardo Güde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Joar Kuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 20 minutes, Helge Thole managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Helge Thole was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toralf Noldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt Sandell in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, The Reds's Elliott Barck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Toralf Noldt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leonardo Güde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Joar Kuse made a huge save. The Reds's Egil Kilstedt quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Reinhold Reinbold, made in the 28th minute of the game. Volker Biermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Joar Kuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Felix Pellmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute, Marcus Alrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to The Reds getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Lennart Ahlin hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stig Lindgren made a kick off. In the 62nd minute Volker Biermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Kuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Güde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Joar Kuse tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Reds's Stig Broberg got a free kick in the 64th minute. Joar Kuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Güde in the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Volker Biermann in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joar Kuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, Volker Biermann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joar Kuse. The Reds's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Volker Biermann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The supporters of 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz booed when The Reds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcus Alrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Stig Lindgren managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Reds's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig Lindgren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toralf Noldt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 played minutes 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz got a freekick which was hit by Helge Thole. The throw-in from Reinhold Reinbold in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Reds's Bengt Sandell. Toralf Noldt was a little too slow when Stig Lindgren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 2-1. From close distance Stig Lindgren pressed in the 2-2 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 87 minutes into the game. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Volker Biermann got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes in the game Reinhold Reinbold did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felix Pellmann. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
