Joar Kuse breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, KFC Vliegplein's Ralf De Keuster got a free kick in the 11th minute. Bengt Sandell in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mathias-Alexander Terhorst, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The Reds's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After having played for 41 minutes, Davy Van Emelen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Vliegplein's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davy Van Emelen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd minute Pieter Teunens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Kuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stig Lindgren was the one to do the kick off. Joar Kuse was a little too slow when William Eekhout got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-5. The Reds's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Davy Van Emelen scored to the left of an out of position Joar Kuse, making the score, 0-6. 62 minutes into the game, William Eekhout was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KFC Vliegplein's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Reds the free kick. After a rather tough play, KFC Vliegplein's William Eekhout got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After having played for 94 minutes, Stig Broberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Reds's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig Broberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The The Reds fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KFC Vliegplein were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
