Jan-Olof Bröms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Dombrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Or I kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Witomir Sobania took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jan-Olof Bröms. Honung's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karpaty Krosno's Ziemowit Iwanowski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lars Kråk, made in the 17th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Karpaty Krosno's zone, Magnus Pålsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Bojanowski came out of the goal and Magnus Pålsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Johnny Vedholm kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Or I recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabian Bojanowski. Or I showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Karpaty Krosno's zone, Patric Ambjörnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Bojanowski came out of the goal and Patric Ambjörnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Pålsson in the 38th minute of play forced Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Fabian Bojanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karpaty Krosno's Fabian Bojanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Jakobsson in the 41st minute of play. Fabian Bojanowski made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Patric Ambjörnsson sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Karpaty Krosno's Ziemowit Iwanowski got a free kick in the 46th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Honung's Patric Ambjörnsson tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
In the 54th minute, Ziemowit Iwanowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Or I sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Fabian Bojanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Jakobsson in the 77th minute of the match. Honung's Magnus Pålsson got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Magnus Pålsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Magnus Pålsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 90th minute Lars Kråk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Bojanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Jakobsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Bojanowski having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Honung fully deserved thier win.
