Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Tenderness's 马星阳 started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 曾冰寒 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustão Motta in the 4th minute of play. Tenderness's 曾冰寒 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víktor Sarmento in the 6th minute of play. 马星阳 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Soeiro having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Corinthians got a freekick which was hit by Allan do Valle. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Faustão Motta in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 曾冰寒 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cássio Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 马星阳, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Tenderness's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 杨义烨 in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in 杨义烨 almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Corinthians's Cássio Soeiro did a great save. 杨义烨 kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Víktor Sarmento in the 29th minute of play forced Tenderness's goalkeeper 曾冰寒 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th match minute, Tenderness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 楚彬钢 to maneuver through the defense. Simão Travassos struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. 曾冰寒 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corinthians. In the 36th minute of the match 卓珂威 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cássio Soeiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 曾冰寒 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Víktor Sarmento in the 45th minute of play forced Tenderness's goalkeeper 曾冰寒 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 57th minute 史俊锋 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 马星阳 in the 58th minute of the match. Cássio Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 魏剑荣 in the 60th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Víktor Sarmento notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tenderness's 曾冰寒. 曾冰寒 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 史俊锋 took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cássio Soeiro. Cássio Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 麦博南 during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Tenderness got a freekick which was hit by 麦博南. 麦博南 kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tenderness! When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Corinthians's Henrique Rossi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of 曾冰寒. The crowd rose to their feet as Corinthians's Almir Furlan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 曾冰寒. That made the score 1-3 after 88 minutes of play. When Simão Travassos fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corinthians's protests and gave Simão Travassos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Corinthians booed when Tenderness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. 楚彬钢 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Corinthians's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
