The referee ignored Lilywhites's protests and gave Fedele Carulli a yellow card for diving instead. Fedele Carulli hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mario Pobersnik in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fulvio Nola saved Lilywhites from getting behind. After 29 minutes of play, Lilywhites's Cristiano Travaglini made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximo Harriet was left in no man's land by his defense there! lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's Alberto Avellaneda got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristoforo Bonfigli kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Primitivo Galindo in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fulvio Nola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fedele Carulli to make the kick off. A collision led to Lilywhites getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Frank Pani hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lilywhites's zone, Alberto Avellaneda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulvio Nola came out of the goal and Alberto Avellaneda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Lorenzo Huly hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Huly was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lilywhites the free kick. 67 minutes into the match, Cristiano Travaglini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximo Harriet. lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristiano Travaglini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. In the 70th match minute, Lilywhites was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Pani to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute of the match, Primitivo Galindo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fulvio Nola saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 72nd minute, Mariano Eguen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fedele Carulli hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Florian Musso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Harriet having to interfere. Maximo Harriet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Musso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd match minute, Lilywhites was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ettore Di Mario to maneuver through the defense. Lilywhites's Fulvio Nola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Lilywhites from getting a goal against them. lןןl BANFIELD FC Lascano's Maximo Harriet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Travaglini in the 85th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ciro Riccitelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lilywhites's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciro Riccitelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Harriet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute Marcelo Fernendo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulvio Nola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
