Spectators: 7652 (Terracing: 5741, Seating: 1759, VIP seats: 152) Śląsk Bytom's Maciek Hana started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tytus Koprowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Joey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maciek Hana came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ladislao Nesto could save by the left post. After 10 played minutes Śląsk Bytom got a freekick which was hit by Cezary Pryla. In the 11th minute of the match Victorino Garci shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tytus Koprowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Majkowski in the 15th minute of play forced Boulogne F.C.'s goalkeeper Ladislao Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Boulogne F.C. getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marcelino Lucado hit a great ball. Ladislao Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Sochacki in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Slawomir Karp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paolo Selatse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Joey hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ladislao Nesto made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Maciek Hana sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute of the match, Maciek Hana got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ladislao Nesto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ladislao Nesto made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Lucjan Sochacki sent off a good shot on target. After 37 minutes of play, Śląsk Bytom's Maciek Hana made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ladislao Nesto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st play minute Cezary Majkowski came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ladislao Nesto. 2-0. In the 43rdth minute of the game Slawomir Karp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boulogne F.C.'s Ladislao Nesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucjan Sochacki in the 44th minute of play forced Boulogne F.C.'s goalkeeper Ladislao Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Boulogne F.C.'s Fabio Chumo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Fabio Chumo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Boulogne F.C. protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fabio Chumo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The score was 3-0 after a penalty in the 49th minute, where Śląsk Bytom:s Lucjan Sochacki tricked Boulogne F.C.:s Ladislao Nesto with a difficult ball by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victorino Garci was the one to do the kick off. Ladislao Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciek Hana in the 58th minute of play. Lucjan Sochacki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Nesto having to interfere. Boulogne F.C.'s Ladislao Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciek Hana in the 62nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Boulogne F.C.'s zone, Slawomir Karp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Nesto came out of the goal and Slawomir Karp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maciek Hana in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislao Nesto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74thth minute of the game Maciek Hana who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boulogne F.C.'s Ladislao Nesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ladislao Nesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Sochacki in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th match minute, Boulogne F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelino Lucado to maneuver through the defense. A nice corner shot did that Lucjan Sochacki got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ladislao Nesto quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Śląsk Bytom fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Śląsk Bytom's Maciek Hana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 86th minute, Maciek Hana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Boulogne F.C.'s zone, Slawomir Karp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislao Nesto came out of the goal and Slawomir Karp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ladislao Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciek Hana, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Maciek Hana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ladislao Nesto. Boulogne F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maciek Hana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. If Maciek Hana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Lucjan Sochacki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maciek Hana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
