The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Selatse Inguanzos short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Kjetil-André Garberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 4th match minute, Sagene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Henden to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Vincent Ibaute in the 5th minute really tested Kjetil-André Garberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Selatse Inguanzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjetil-André Garberg having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Selatse Inguanzo came free, but Kjetil-André Garberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes of play, Claretiano FC's Constantino Talaga made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kjetil-André Garberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kjetil-André Garberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selatse Inguanzo in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Claretiano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Selatse Inguanzo to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Selatse Inguanzo got free with Kjetil-André Garberg in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kjetil-André Garberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selatse Inguanzo's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Kjetil-André Garberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantino Talaga in the 25th minute. After 28 minutes, Caracakingo Ontova mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Claretiano FC and the Sagene IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caracakingo Ontova hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Roald Fredheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mantzio Porlier having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Sagene IF's Ole-Kristian Nordgård nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mantzio Porlier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Constantino Talaga's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kjetil-André Garberg firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 38th minute Constantino Talaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjetil-André Garberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrik Mørland charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrik Mørland the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sagene IF! Kjetil-André Garberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Selatse Inguanzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
The wind increased when Selatse Inguanzo made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Selatse Inguanzo came free, but Kjetil-André Garberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjetil-André Garberg came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Claretiano FC's Selatse Inguanzo. But to his dismay, Selatse Inguanzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 58th minute, Roald Fredheim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sagene IF's Kjetil-André Garberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selatse Inguanzo in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Mons Kristiansen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matteo Raigadas struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Kjetil-André Garberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Claretiano FC. 65 minutes into the match, Sagene IF's goal looked a bit too open when Selatse Inguanzo came free, but Kjetil-André Garberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjetil-André Garberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selatse Inguanzo's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Kjetil-André Garberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selatse Inguanzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After 72 minutes, Selatse Inguanzo made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sagene IF's Kjetil-André Garberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 80 minutes of play, Claretiano FC's Selatse Inguanzo made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kjetil-André Garberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute, Bjørn Søfteland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Selatse Inguanzo scored 7-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kjetil-André Garberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Selatse Inguanzo in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjetil-André Garberg saved Sagene IF from getting behind. In the 94thth minute of the game Selatse Inguanzo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sagene IF's Kjetil-André Garberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Claretiano FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
