Spectators: 7476 (Terracing: 5608, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Evripidis Zisimopoulos took the kick off in the first half of the match. When João Augusto Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Nas Horas Vagas F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Augusto Barbosa couldn't finish the play. Fondas Balouris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Mello in the 4th minute of the match. Fondas Balouris came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Nas Horas Vagas F.C's João Augusto Barbosa. But to his dismay, João Augusto Barbosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. João Augusto Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Dimosthenis Antonopoulos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's José Maria de Senna quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fondas Balouris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Maria de Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fondas Balouris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elder Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Demis Antoniou's late challenge caught a Nas Horas Vagas F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Demis Antoniou helped the player get up and apologised. Demis Antoniou hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Evripidis Zisimopoulos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Albertinho Netto. Albertinho Netto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Albertinho Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evripidis Zisimopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Zé Mello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fondas Balouris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 36th minute, Manolis Papalexiou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albertinho Netto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Dimosthenis Tsogas's late challenge caught a Nas Horas Vagas F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dimosthenis Tsogas helped the player get up and apologised. 40 minutes into the game, one of ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 42nd minute, Nelson Dantas made a precise shot to the right of Fondas Balouris. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Manolis Papalexiou slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albertinho Netto. That made the score 3-2 after 46 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Zé Mello made the kick off in the second half. If Zé Mello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fondas Balouris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Fondas Balouris threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zé Mello, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 71st minute, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's José Maria de Senna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. 76 minutes into the match, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Spyros Kotsopoulos came free, but Albertinho Netto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Narciso Barbosa got a free kick in the 77th minute. Albertinho Netto came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Evripidis Zisimopoulos. But to his dismay, Evripidis Zisimopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. Nas Horas Vagas F.C's Albertinho Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manolis Papalexiou in the 86th minute of play. Elder Moreno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Nas Horas Vagas F.C players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
