In the 16thth minute of the game Felippe Amaral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Eurico de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Carneiro having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Eurico de Lara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cercadinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Eurico de Lara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheus Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gonçalo Rossi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played.
