After a rather tough play, Rega Merida CF's Cyryl Sienkowski got a free kick in the 2nd minute. A collision led to FCSB CUENCA getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Aitor Carceles hit a great ball. After 7 minutes of play, Rega Merida CF's Ulryk Sawicki made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hondo santillana was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hondo santillana came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Rega Merida CF's Ulryk Sawicki. But to his dismay, Ulryk Sawicki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Jedrzej Derlanga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rega Merida CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Jedrzej Derlanga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hondo santillana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jedrzej Derlanga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FCSB CUENCA getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Toni Garrido hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Ulryk Sawicki put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Hondo santillana. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ionel Zărnescu during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FCSB CUENCA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. A collision led to FCSB CUENCA getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Toni Garrido hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FCSB CUENCA's zone, Jedrzej Derlanga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hondo santillana came out of the goal and Jedrzej Derlanga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Babhruvahana Maagaardshus struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Hondo santillana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rega Merida CF. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Rega Merida CF's Zbigniew Kondysar was substituted for Gilbert Witek. Rega Merida CF made a substitution. Kazimierz Imbor replaced Jedrzej Derlanga. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulryk Sawicki to make the kick off. Kazimierz Imbor took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hondo santillana. Hondo santillana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. FCSB CUENCA's Hondo santillana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Sawicki in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Rega Merida CF's Ulryk Sawicki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hondo santillana. Hondo santillana yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Rega Merida CF's Ulryk Sawicki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hondo santillana. That made the score 0-8 after 67 minutes of play. Kazimierz Imbor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Hondo santillana made a huge save. Tiago Cuevas charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiago Cuevas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FCSB CUENCA's Tiago Cuevas got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Borys Zawada sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hondo santillana skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ionel Zărnescu in the 88th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Kingsley Coman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper Hondo santillana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper Hondo santillana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kazimierz Imbor. The FCSB CUENCA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rega Merida CF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
