Gaber Furlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Ilmin Zetiček got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Boran Gencal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gliša Bozja's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. A collision led to HIT Gorica getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Riko Svatovšek hit a great ball. With a little luck, HIT Gorica's Gaber Furlan got control of the ball when Yusuf Bahadır Baransel tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of HIT Gorica:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bozkurt:s goal. The goalkeeper, Gaber Furlan, was totally fooled by Bozkurt's Yusuf Bahadır Baransel, who 20 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Boran Gencal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gliša Bozja in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Habib Türkmen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaber Furlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Muharem Razdevšek hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Gaber Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Habib Türkmen, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Bozkurt booed when HIT Gorica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anis Doberšek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute, Habib Türkmen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaber Furlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 42nd match minute, Bozkurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sezer Erendiz to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yusuf Bahadır Baransel to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaber Furlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yusuf Bahadır Baransel, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Marlon Udvanc fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HIT Gorica's protests and gave Marlon Udvanc a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 60 minutes, Günalp Rikap managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bozkurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Günalp Rikap was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aldo Zupanc's late challenge caught a Bozkurt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aldo Zupanc helped the player get up and apologised. Aldo Zupanc hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habib Türkmen in the 62nd minute of play forced HIT Gorica's goalkeeper Gaber Furlan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bozkurt were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after HIT Gorica's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yusuf Bahadır Baransel took the corner. The supporters of Bozkurt booed when HIT Gorica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gliša Bozja didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes Bozkurt got a freekick which was hit by Sezer Erendiz. A hard shot by Anis Doberšek from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Boran Gencal's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Muharem Razdevšek hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Gaber Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from İbrahim Ethem Kapar in the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, İbrahim Ethem Kapar made a precise shot to the right of Gaber Furlan. HIT Gorica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bozkurt fully deserved thier win.
