Gilbert Lodowy had several of the Worst Team Ever's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Fritz Wiman as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ulryk Sawicki took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fritz Wiman. Fritz Wiman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Fritz Wiman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Babhruvahana Maagaardshus went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After 24 minutes, Aaron Lindqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Worst Team Ever and the Rega Merida CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Borys Zawada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fritz Wiman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Babhruvahana Maagaardshus in the 38th minute. Ingvar Colin charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Colin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Colin to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Worst Team Ever's zone, Roland Jakubiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fritz Wiman came out of the goal and Roland Jakubiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th match minute, Rega Merida CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Zawada to maneuver through the defense.

Rega Merida CF's Klement Soroka was substituted for Roland Jakubiak. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulryk Sawicki to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Cyryl Sienkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rega Merida CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Worst Team Ever the free kick. After 54 played minutes Rega Merida CF got a freekick which was hit by Cyryl Sienkowski. With 59 minutes on the clock, Zbigniew Kondysar commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Rega Merida CF getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Zbigniew Kondysar hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Egil Brask sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Kingsley Coman threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Egil Brask this time. After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Jan-Olof Ekegren got a free kick in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Worst Team Ever booed when Rega Merida CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Babhruvahana Maagaardshus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fritz Wiman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulryk Sawicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rega Merida CF fully deserved thier win.
