FC Stadtclub's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Mendebal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Arnaldo Xacintu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 7-0 in the 28th playminute. 32 minutes into the game, Gerardo Ixaka recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anders Ulrich. Gerardo Ixaka showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 8-0. RIVER's Anselmo Esdras was substituted for Cristian Jerardo. 36 minutes into the match, FC Stadtclub's goalkeeper Anders Ulrich had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicasio Mendebal. In the 37th minute, RIVER's Alvaro Hernando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anders Ulrich. Anders Ulrich yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 9-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henrik Mäder to make the kick off. Anders Ulrich didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Segundo Inge went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. 56 minutes into the game, RIVER's Segundo Inge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After some careless play in the FC Stadtclub defense, Anselmo Esdras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anders Ulrich. The FC Stadtclub fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anders Ulrich should have stopped the shot. FC Stadtclub's Anders Ulrich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Ixaka in the 68th minute of play. Anders Ulrich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Hernando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, Alvaro Hernando notched a goal, 15-0, to the right of FC Stadtclub's Anders Ulrich.
