Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) In the 2nd minute, Bernardo Solo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FCSB CUENCA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 6th play minutes Ionel Zărnescu shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Fritz Wiman and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 9th minute Toni Garrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Wiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, Toni Garrido ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fritz Wiman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Alf Hamberg came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Worst Team Ever fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Hamberg couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Worst Team Ever getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ingvar Colin hit a great ball. Fritz Wiman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Solo in the 18th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Worst Team Ever's Robin Fogel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Robin Fogel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Worst Team Ever protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Robin Fogel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for FCSB CUENCA. Troy Segarra stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fritz Wiman. 0-4. Fritz Wiman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionel Zărnescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper Hondo santillana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan-Olof Ekegren. After 28 played minutes FCSB CUENCA got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Gimeno. In the 31st match minute, FCSB CUENCA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Solo to maneuver through the defense. Worst Team Ever's Fritz Wiman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Solo in the 34th minute of play. Fritz Wiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Garrido, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ionel Zărnescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Bernardo Solo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fritz Wiman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ionel Zărnescu to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Ionel Zărnescu put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Fritz Wiman. Fritz Wiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Solo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute of the match George Verdaguer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fritz Wiman skillfully saved the ball. When Troy Segarra fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FCSB CUENCA's protests and gave Troy Segarra a yellow card for diving instead. Troy Segarra kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Ionel Zărnescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fritz Wiman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 68th minute, Bernardo Solo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Troy Segarra hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. FCSB CUENCA's Troy Segarra got his second yellow card of the match in the 71st minute. The referee ordered Troy Segarra off the ground. Troy Segarra kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 75th minute, FCSB CUENCA's Bernardo Solo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fritz Wiman. Fritz Wiman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. After 78 played minutes Worst Team Ever got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Lindqvist. In the 79th minute, Bernardo Solo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Solo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fritz Wiman having to make a save. FCSB CUENCA's Tiago Cuevas got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Worst Team Ever supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FCSB CUENCA's performance. The match ended with a win for FCSB CUENCA.
