Lars Källberg charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Egil Brask blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pocho Citko having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Rega Merida CF's Zula Paciuszko got a free kick in the 26th minute. Worst Team Ever's Jan-Olof Ekegren got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fritz Wiman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Babhruvahana Maagaardshus's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Fritz Wiman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Babhruvahana Maagaardshus in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulryk Sawicki in the 47th minute of play forced Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper Fritz Wiman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

52 minutes in the game, Ulryk Sawicki fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fritz Wiman having to interfere. Martin Kämpe charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martin Kämpe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st minute, Martin Kämpe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Worst Team Ever's goalkeeper Fritz Wiman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Jedrzej Derlanga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fritz Wiman. That made the score 1-4 in the 95 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Rega Merida CF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
