Bruno Lawrence received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gustaf Skoog tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lekparken FC booed when Yala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Etxatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 9 played minutes Lekparken FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustav Strömbom. Bonifacio Romero was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Bruno Lawrence could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Gustaf Skoog made a huge save. Bruno Lawrence received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gustaf Skoog came out and tried to block the shot, but Bruno Lawrence slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. In the 17th match minute, Lekparken FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Åkesson to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Fulgencio Lore made a precise shot to the right of Gustaf Skoog. Lekparken FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Gustaf Skoog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristobal Aurken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olov Gunnarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Prudencio Lluciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sture Hydén in the 33rd minute of the match. If Olov Gunnarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filiberto Formerio's late challenge caught a Lekparken FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Formerio helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 39 minutes, Sture Hydén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lekparken FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sture Hydén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Lawrence could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Gustaf Skoog made a huge save. After having played for 45 minutes, Bonifacio Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bonifacio Romero charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bonifacio Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 48 played minutes Yala got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Romero.

In the 53rd minute of the game, Sture Hydén landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Lekparken FC made a substitution. Emanuel Gullesson replaced Sture Hydén. The supporters of Lekparken FC booed when Yala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Reyes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Yala's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Strömbom came free, but Prudencio Lluciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Strömbom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Prudencio Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yala's Luisito Birjaio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the game, Yala's Bonifacio Romero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustaf Skoog made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Yala's Prudencio Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Gullesson in the 71st minute of play. The attack was good, but when Bruno Lawrence in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Jens Ålberg hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Lekparken FC got a freekick which was hit by Olov Gunnarsson. In the 83rd minute Emanuel Gullesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Lluciano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens Ålberg kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 91 played minutes Yala got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Reyes. In the 97th minute Bruno Lawrence shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaf Skoog saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lekparken FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yala.
