Vegim Cvetkovski's late challenge caught a Dragões Barbudos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vegim Cvetkovski helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wonderkids's Vegim Cvetkovski got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Peres in the 9th minute of play forced Wonderkids's goalkeeper Zafir Djurovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zafir Djurovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Peres in the 16th minute of play. If Ramón Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 21 minutes of play, Wonderkids's Marjan Prokopievski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Fantini was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute, Luiz Gustavo Furlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Wonderkids getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Andon Mihailovski hit a great ball. Zafir Djurovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramón Leão in the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Wonderkids's zone, Luiz Gustavo Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zafir Djurovski came out of the goal and Luiz Gustavo Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luiz Gustavo Furlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Zafir Djurovski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

55 minutes into the match, Marjan Prokopievski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Fantini. Dragões Barbudos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marjan Prokopievski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 59th minute Ramón Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zafir Djurovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filip Makedonski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Fantini having to make a save. In the 63rd minute Filip Makedonski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Filip Makedonski fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wonderkids's protests and gave Filip Makedonski a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Wonderkids got a freekick which was hit by Filip Makedonski. Wonderkids's Zafir Djurovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Gustavo Furlan in the 70th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Gustavo Furlan in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zafir Djurovski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramón Leãos short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Zafir Djurovski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 81 minutes into the match, Dragões Barbudos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Makedonski came free, but Vicente Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th match minute, Dragões Barbudos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Gustavo Furlan to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ramón Leão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zafir Djurovski was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Filip Boškovič hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Dragões Barbudos FC's Ernani Linares got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Gustavo Furlan in the 96th minute of play forced Wonderkids's goalkeeper Zafir Djurovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Dragões Barbudos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wonderkids.
