The No Me Inscriban Gracias fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saritama Villarroel should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, No Me Inscriban Gracias's Estevez Gandarillas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vicente Fantini. Vicente Fantini yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramón Leão to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Dragões Barbudos FC booed when No Me Inscriban Gracias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position.
