After 13 played minutes Las 3R Club De Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Astor Gutierrez. In the 14th minute, Gregorie Van Beersel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Van Der Weghen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Sansone in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Bruges's Gregorie Van Beersel got a free kick in the 17th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Renzo Rodrigo to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Haroldo Sansone in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Van Der Weghen saved FC Bruges from getting behind. Tony Henderickx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Las 3R Club De Fútbol getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ivan Mogel hit a great ball. A collision led to FC Bruges getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renzo Rodrigo in the 67th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Tony Van Der Weghen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Van Der Weghen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Renzo Rodrigo went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 81 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Sansone came free, but Tony Van Der Weghen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Las 3R Club De Fútbol's Blas Otsoko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richy Wiggers in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Renzo Rodrigo came free, but Tony Van Der Weghen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
