Spectators: 7471 (Terracing: 5604, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The supporters of Jagiellonia Denver booed when Tiburones Rojos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Vellito didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tiburones Rojos's goalkeeper Iker Darien, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hoyt Dove received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Iker Darien tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Micah LeBatelier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Joel Libertad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Odilon Hodges hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Antonio Grossman was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Marcelo Elia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marcelo Elia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Micah LeBatelier in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Darien saved Tiburones Rojos from getting behind. After having played for 27 minutes, Micah LeBatelier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jagiellonia Denver's supporters crossed their fingers, but Micah LeBatelier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hoyt Dove had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Joel Libertad came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Tiburones Rojos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Libertad couldn't finish the play. Joel Libertad in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Antonio Grossman, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gilbert Pena hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Joel Libertad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Jagiellonia Denver getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gilbert Pena hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Micah LeBatelier made a kick off. Antonio Grossman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Elia in the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Joel Libertad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiburones Rojos's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Libertad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antonio Grossman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bonifacio Petri hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Iker Darien acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Danial Edmondson. The audience was convinced that Joel Libertad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonio Grossman was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Joel Libertad kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Jagiellonia Denver's Hoyt Dove got a free kick in the 73rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Libertad in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Grossman saved Jagiellonia Denver from getting behind. If Micah LeBatelier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Micah LeBatelier in the 90th minute of play forced Tiburones Rojos's goalkeeper Iker Darien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute Joel Libertad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Grossman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Jagiellonia Denver's Hoyt Dove slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Iker Darien. That made the score 1-1 after 94 minutes of play. The Jagiellonia Denver players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tiburones Rojos from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
