When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Eulalio Lauaxeta sped through Fire Devils's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vladimir Schnyder. 13 minutes into the match, Viento Norte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thaddäus Striner came free, but Tomás Quintun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eulalio Lauaxeta took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimir Schnyder. Vladimir Schnyder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 16 minutes into the match, Eusebio Jobo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vladimir Schnyder. Fire Devils's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusebio Jobo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Viento Norte FC's Honorato Tancredo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Pawel Bouchard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomás Quintun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Vladimir Schnyder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimir Schnyder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eulalio Lauaxeta in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Eulalio Lauaxeta made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. The supporters of Fire Devils booed when Viento Norte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Tancredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 minutes of play, Viento Norte FC's Eusebio Jobo made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimir Schnyder was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Vladimir Schnyder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eriberto Fertus went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Jaime Calvet kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Billy Waller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Waller in the 61st minute of play forced Viento Norte FC's goalkeeper Tomás Quintun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eusebio Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Basciano hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 69 minutes of play, Fire Devils's Thaddäus Striner made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomás Quintun was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 75 minutes, Horace Feldmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fire Devils and the Viento Norte FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Feliberto Elodio fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viento Norte FC's protests and gave Feliberto Elodio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Viento Norte FC's Feliberto Elodio got a free kick in the 79th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Billy Waller during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 86 minutes into the game, Eriberto Fertus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Vladimir Schnyder was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 91st minute, Horace Feldmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Feliberto Elodio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Viento Norte FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fire Devils.
