In the 28th minute, Esteban Vermudo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 38 minutes into the game, Eduardo Federigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TIBURON F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rafaela FC the free kick. In the 38th match minute, TIBURON F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Federigo to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 53rd minute, Silvano Geleberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TIBURON F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as TIBURON F.C's Esteban Vermudo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of German Ourente. That made the score 1-4 after 57 minutes of play. If Esteban Vermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Silvano Geleberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TIBURON F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Geleberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Ourente had great luck who in the 68thth minute grab hold of the ball when Esteban Vermudo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Rafaela FC's German Ourente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Vermudo in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Mastantuono in the 71st minute of play forced Rafaela FC's goalkeeper German Ourente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Eugenio Izotz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cipriano Dantae showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 86 minutes into the match, TIBURON F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Izotz came free, but Cipriano Dantae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Esteban Vermudo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of German Ourente, 1-5. The TIBURON F.C players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
