The Jagiellonia Denver fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Jagiellonia Denver's Hoyt Dove looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. With an all-out effort, Rafaela FC's Antonio Grossman threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anibal Bonifaco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Anibal Bonifaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Grossman having to interfere. In the 30th minute Hoyt Dove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Ourente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Gilbert Pena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. German Ourente was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. German Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Pena in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Micah LeBatelier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jagiellonia Denver fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. German Ourente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Micah LeBatelier went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. German Ourente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micah LeBatelier in the 44th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilbert Pena during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Jagiellonia Denver getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gilbert Pena hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Micah LeBatelier was the one to do the kick off. The referee ignored Jagiellonia Denver's protests and gave Odilon Hodges a yellow card for diving instead. Odilon Hodges hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the match, Micah LeBatelier notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Rafaela FC's German Ourente. German Ourente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
