The supporters of Gliwicka Torcida booed when Aguinhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celsinho Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Gilmar Pereira fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gilmar Pereira was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Gliwicka Torcida getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Damaski hit a great ball. Gilmar Pereira struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Jacek Giertych didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguinhas. Aguinhas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
