With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lars Kinnman in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candido Dantel saved Astros de México from getting behind. 12 minutes into the game, Ivan Libertad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astros de México's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Little Big the free kick. After 12 played minutes Astros de México got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Libertad. In the 19th match minute, Little Big was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Bollström to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Soter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Edvin Stenkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Little Big getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ingvar Isaksson hit a great ball. Candido Dantel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Tingelholm in the 28th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Atilano Ekialde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Astros de México's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Little Big the free kick. Atilano Ekialde kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Lars Kinnman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Candido Dantel made a huge save. After having played for 35 minutes, Thomas Tingelholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Little Big's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Tingelholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Sidro kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Candido Dantel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Kinnman in the 38th minute. After 39 minutes, Tadeo Petri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Astros de México and the Little Big players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tadeo Petri kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. With his leg Candido Dantel managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Little Big's Lars Kinnman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Candido Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Tingelholm in the 42nd minute of play. Joaquin Soter hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Edvin Stenkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquin Soter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Jurgi made a kick off. Atilano Ekialde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Stenkvist having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Astros de México's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Kinnman came free, but Candido Dantel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Lars Kinnman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Astros de México's Candido Dantel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Candido Dantel came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Little Big's Lars Kinnman. But to his dismay, Lars Kinnman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Candido Dantel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Tingelholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes Astros de México got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Mergildo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Kinnman in the 70th minute of play forced Astros de México's goalkeeper Candido Dantel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Little Big's goalkeeper Edvin Stenkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Håkan Holmberg during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Little Big was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Holmberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute, Joaquin Soter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Inocencio Mergildo charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Inocencio Mergildo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Inocencio Mergildo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Candido Dantel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Kinnman, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When Stig-Ove Lidman fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Little Big's protests and gave Stig-Ove Lidman a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Astros de México booed when Little Big was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Ove Lidman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Lars Kinnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edvin Stenkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Jurgi, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
