Spectators: 7593 (Terracing: 5696, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Trindade Atlético Club's Cássio Paes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Everardo Osorio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's goalkeeper Edmílson Britto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everardo Osorio. Edmílson Britto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Astigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Paes took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Loi. Igor Loi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 24 played minutes Santos Lugares FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Frisco. After a rather tough play, Trindade Atlético Club's Yan Pereira got a free kick in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Santos Lugares FC's Everardo Osorio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmílson Britto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amancio Astigar got free with Edmílson Britto in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Cássio Paes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Loi was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Igor Loi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Paes in the 37th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cássio Paes in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Loi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half Trindade Atlético Club were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Amancio Astigar made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Amancio Astigar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santos Lugares FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amancio Astigar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmílson Britto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 53 minutes, Alex Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trindade Atlético Club and the Santos Lugares FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Trindade Atlético Club's Alex Santos got a free kick in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Trindade Atlético Club's zone, Everardo Osorio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmílson Britto came out of the goal and Everardo Osorio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cássio Paes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Igor Loi came out and tried to block the shot, but Cássio Paes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 62nd minute. With a little luck, Santos Lugares FC's Igor Loi got control of the ball when Giovani Sergipano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute, Giovani Sergipano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Loi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. A collision led to Santos Lugares FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Everardo Osorio hit a great ball. After 85 played minutes Santos Lugares FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Frisco. Igor Loi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 86th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Roberto-Carlos Trindade. Emílio da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 played minutes Trindade Atlético Club got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Paes. When the final whistle sounded Trindade Atlético Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Santos Lugares FC.
