Spectators: 7578 (Terracing: 5684, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) Romanian Gods™'s Iulian Chiliman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. WAU team's Luís Eduardo Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vintilă Vârlan in the 3rd minute of play. After 8 minutes, Júnior Vidal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WAU team and the Romanian Gods™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to WAU team getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Júnior Vidal hit a great ball. Romanian Gods™'s Iulian Chiliman suffered a sore thigh after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Gilson Munhoz's late challenge caught a Romanian Gods™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilson Munhoz helped the player get up and apologised. Romanian Gods™ made a substitution. Cezar Sfârlea replaced Iulian Chiliman. Gilson Munhoz hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vintilă Vârlan in the 12th minute of play forced WAU team's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Pontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flávio Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After 16 played minutes Romanian Gods™ got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Stârcea. After a rather tough play, Romanian Gods™'s Ernest Gogu got a free kick in the 17th minute. Romanian Gods™'s Francisc Trăilă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júnior Vidal in the 18th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Agostinho Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WAU team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agostinho Britto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Cezar Sfârlea recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luís Eduardo Pontes. Cezar Sfârlea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 26 minutes into the match, WAU team's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Pontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezar Sfârlea. Bogdan Pricop kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Luís Eduardo Pontes came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Romanian Gods™'s Cezar Sfârlea. But to his dismay, Cezar Sfârlea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Amauri Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Flávio Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Flávio Dante made the kick off in the second half. Agostinho Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, WAU team's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Zbârciog came free, but Luís Eduardo Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. WAU team's Luís Eduardo Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Sfârlea in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Romanian Gods™'s Marin Lepuș got a free kick in the 55th minute. Mané Carioca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisc Trăilă having to make a save. The attack was good, but when Flávio Dante in the 57th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Vintilă Vârlan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luís Eduardo Pontes. WAU team's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Doru Zbârciog ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Eduardo Pontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Luís Eduardo Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Lepuș in the 66th minute of play. Romanian Gods™'s Cezar Sfârlea got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vintilă Vârlan scored 4-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Eduardo Pontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Romanian Gods™ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ernest Gogu hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Doru Zbârciog had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Mané Carioca charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mané Carioca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute of the match Vintilă Vârlan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luís Eduardo Pontes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Romanian Gods™ getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Emil Văidianu hit a great ball. Francisc Trăilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agostinho Britto, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Francisc Trăilă was a little too slow when Pedro Luiz Donato got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 5-1. Luís Eduardo Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Vârlan in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to WAU team getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Amauri Rosa hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes, Romanian Gods™'s Bogdan Pricop shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Pontes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Romanian Gods™ reached it. When the referee ended the match the Romanian Gods™ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
