In the 4th minute, Alvar Lundkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. istanbulls's Hüsrev Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Rolfsson in the 5th minute of play. Songurbey Nesip kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Flodde CFC got a freekick which was hit by Karl Åhlberg. Thanks to some nice moves Battal Cüneyt Zahir could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Dante Lundberg however easily saved by the left post. After 10 minutes Flodde CFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was İsmail Hakkı Mahşer who took care of the corner kick. Hüsrev Can came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Flodde CFC's Karl Åhlberg. But to his dismay, Karl Åhlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute, Henric Ahlroht got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, istanbulls's Doğuş Özkaya got a free kick in the 17th minute. Karl Åhlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Battal Cüneyt Zahir in the 23rd minute of play forced Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Dante Lundberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Songurbey Nesip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. istanbulls's Hüsrev Can played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Rolfsson in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henric Ahlroht in the 29th minute of play forced istanbulls's goalkeeper Hüsrev Can to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustaf Rolfsson during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of istanbulls booed when Flodde CFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Rolfsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Flodde CFC's goalkeeper Dante Lundberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Haydar Özdinç. In the 39th match minute, istanbulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nafiz Özaydın to maneuver through the defense. When Haydar Özdinç fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored istanbulls's protests and gave Haydar Özdinç a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Haydar Özdinç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hüsrev Can showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Rolfsson in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Haydar Özdinç to strike the kick off in the second half. If Haydar Özdinç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haydar Özdinç, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Dante Lundberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Battal Cüneyt Zahir in the 56th minute of play. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Haydar Özdinç sped through Flodde CFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lundberg. After 66 minutes of play, istanbulls's Haydar Özdinç made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lundberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! Peter Modig hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, istanbulls's Songurbey Nesip got a free kick in the 80th minute. Dante Lundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haydar Özdinç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Claes Fredriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haydar Özdinç in the 94th minute of the match. Battal Cüneyt Zahir struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Dante Lundberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for istanbulls. For all the effort they put into the match, the Flodde CFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for istanbulls.
