Lino Lluis started the match with the kick off. A collision led to C.A.P.J. getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ovidio Peyo hit a great ball. In the 7th minute Huib Smit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Asur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The SV Balverliefd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Erwin Moes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Jos Deuring made a precise shot to the right of Leonardo Asur. C.A.P.J.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Leonardo Asur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erwin Moes in the 33rd minute of play. After some careless play in the C.A.P.J. defense, Jan Alferink kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Asur. The C.A.P.J. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Asur should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, C.A.P.J.'s Delmiro Fanuco got a free kick in the 39th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jos Deuring to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Huib Smit notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of C.A.P.J.'s Leonardo Asur. An unexpectedly hard shot by Huib Smit in the 74th minute of play forced C.A.P.J.'s goalkeeper Leonardo Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Alferink was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 76th minute. SV Balverliefd's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Erwin Moes came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the SV Balverliefd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erwin Moes couldn't finish the play. Jan Alferink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Asur having to interfere. Leonardo Asur didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 83rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. Lino Lluis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ruud Windmuller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teofilo Dolfo scored 1-7 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruud Windmuller, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The C.A.P.J. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SV Balverliefd were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
