Spectators: 7523 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ismael Acuña took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Erwin Moes came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the SV Balverliefd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erwin Moes couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Jan Alferink ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eustaquio Oxarra was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 15th minute, Ismael Acuña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio Oxarra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jos Deuring's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. The supporters of Regresado booed when SV Balverliefd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erwin Moes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SV Balverliefd's zone, Ismael Acuña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruud Windmuller came out of the goal and Ismael Acuña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustaquio Oxarra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jos Deuring's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. SV Balverliefd's Ruud Windmuller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Acuña in the 25th minute of play. Ruud Windmuller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Kelemen in the 27th minute of the match. Regresado's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Segundo Bidun in the 29th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of SV Balverliefd's goalie and right to Ramiro Cebrian. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. SV Balverliefd's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 35 minutes into the game, Rosendo Lobo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Regresado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Balverliefd the free kick. After a rather tough play, Regresado's Rosendo Lobo got a free kick in the 35th minute. Regresado's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Segundo Bidun in the 39th minute. Segundo Bidun made a great header on Regresado's corner, it was just that SV Balverliefd's Ruud Windmuller managed to reach the ball for a save. Ismael Acuña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Regresado getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Rosendo Lobo hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jos Deuring made a kick off. Regresado's Eustaquio Oxarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huib Smit in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SV Balverliefd's Carsten van Fessum got a free kick in the 58th minute. Segundo Bidun took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ruud Windmuller. SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 60th minute, Erwin Moes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Regresado's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Twan Blanc was slow to take the kick. During this time SV Balverliefd's players had a chance to rest. Ruud Windmuller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Escobar in the 67th minute of the match. Heiko Mulder hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, SV Balverliefd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heiko Mulder to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th match minute, Regresado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Acuña to maneuver through the defense. When Ismael Acuña came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Regresado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Acuña couldn't finish the play. Ruud Windmuller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Escobar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Rosendo Lobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jos Deuring's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Eustaquio Oxarra skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 91 played minutes Jos Deuring rounded Regresado's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. When the match was over SV Balverliefd could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Regresado throughout the match.
