Otto Myšák hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Kurt Griemink charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Griemink the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes ASV Muziekwijk got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Griemink. ⚽Aston Punat⚽'s Bedřich Holeš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar de Zwaan in the 18th minute of play. Roel Peeters made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiří Lechner in the 19th minute of play. Jim Wansink hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Karel Volejník sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roel Peeters skillfully saved the ball. In the 27th minute Josef Hladil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roel Peeters saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar de Zwaan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 minutes, Josef Hladil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ⚽Aston Punat⚽ and the ASV Muziekwijk players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of ASV Muziekwijk booed when ⚽Aston Punat⚽ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Hladil didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar de Zwaan was the one to do the kick off. Jiří Smolík kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Bedřich Holeš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kurt Griemink in the 54th minute of the match. Josef Hladil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans Strobos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Damstra in the 69th minute of play forced ⚽Aston Punat⚽'s goalkeeper Bedřich Holeš to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otto Myšák hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Boban Bobek hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 78 minutes of play, ASV Muziekwijk's Jim Damstra made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bedřich Holeš was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute, Jiří Lechner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 83 minutes, Oscar de Zwaan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASV Muziekwijk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar de Zwaan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, ASV Muziekwijk's Kurt Griemink tried to score from far away in the 86th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bedřich Holeš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar de Zwaan, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Rinus Zwartkruis scored 2-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bedřich Holeš, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ASV Muziekwijk fans cheered their team off the field, for while ⚽Aston Punat⚽ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
