Silver Play 2's Ramon Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Silver Play 2's Lorenzo Argoitz got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Silver Play 2's zone, Almir Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Mel came out of the goal and Almir Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 15 minutes into the game, when Leandro Azeari put in a rough tackle. The supporters of BURITIS FC booed when Silver Play 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Azeari didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ramon Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Luisinho Tepedino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 minutes of play, Silver Play 2's Ramon Garcia made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrianinho Arósio was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Bruno Pontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 27 minutes, Ramon Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silver Play 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramon Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 29 minutes of play, Silver Play 2's Ramon Garcia made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrianinho Arósio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silver Play 2's Jonatan Mel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Silver Play 2 from getting a goal against them. Victor Godoi hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Luis Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute Raimundo Ubarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianinho Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrianinho Arósio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Veronica went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Silver Play 2's Rafael Veronica got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the game, Ramon Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Adrianinho Arósio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramon Garcia made a kick off. If Lucas Niva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. In the 79th minute Ramon Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrianinho Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rômulo Messias made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Silver Play 2's Luis Jakes. Silver Play 2's Rafael Veronica got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cleiton Mota fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BURITIS FC's protests and gave Cleiton Mota a yellow card for diving instead. Ramon Garcia struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Adrianinho Arósio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silver Play 2. Almir Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Mel having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Silver Play 2 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BURITIS FC.
