Quentin Albizua didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ervin Talbot went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Charles Knapp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelio Solana in the 23rd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Mikel Tobia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charles Knapp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Charles Knapp was a little too slow when Mikel Tobia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikel Tobia was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Mikel Tobia made a precise shot to the right of Charles Knapp. Cascade Park West's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txomin Suarez in the 56th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Charles Knapp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Quentin Albizua got control of the ball when Denis Marcus tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Clube Esportivo Saudade booed when Cascade Park West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Siegel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cascade Park West's Charles Knapp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikel Tobia in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Mikel Tobia came free, but Charles Knapp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charles Knapp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florinio Mendez went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. 88 minutes into the game, Mikel Tobia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Charles Knapp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 93 minutes into the match, Cascade Park West's goal looked a bit too open when Txomin Suarez came free, but Charles Knapp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Txomin Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Knapp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clube Esportivo Saudade had played much better football throughout.
