The referee ignored Salud y República's protests and gave Rodrigo Dominguez a yellow card for diving instead. Rodrigo Dominguez kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match Hugon Wlodyga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvino Galnares skillfully saved the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borys Walentowicz couldn't finish the play. Borys Walentowicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alvino Galnares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Borys Walentowicz ran back to his position shaking his head. Lekko Spoceni played a much better game than Salud y República and deserved their victory. The Salud y República players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
