Ilie Măgureanu charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ilie Măgureanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Candido Haitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Augustin Alecu went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruperto Sanduru to strike the kick off in the second half. The White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Augustin Alecu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
