The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olaf Gdowski in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudiu Cobâlcescu saved White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- from getting behind. Claudiu Cobâlcescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogumil Plech in the 8th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Jaroslaw Laba notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Claudiu Cobâlcescu. Tytus Huchro's late challenge caught a White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szczepan Gongola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olgierd Rozanski made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Costin Șipoș sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute of the match White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- got a corner. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivan Mereuță ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Ivan Mereuță to fire away a dangerous shot which Olgierd Rozanski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 35th minute, Tytus Huchro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudiu Cobâlcescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 44 minutes of play Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Tytus Huchro was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Tytus Huchro hit a great ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Leon Juszkowski put in a rough tackle. Olgierd Rozanski had in the 50thth minute some difficulties stopping Ivan Mereuță's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marius Cucerdean stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Hieronim Hodyl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W the free kick. After a rather tough play, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s Costin Șipoș got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 79th minute Olaf Gdowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudiu Cobâlcescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-'s goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Mindykowski came free, but Claudiu Cobâlcescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Costin Șipoș came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the White&Blue Lions-Stiinta- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costin Șipoș couldn't finish the play. Dominik Prokowski kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Wasyl Mindykowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claudiu Cobâlcescu. That made the score 0-5 after 90 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Wasyl Mindykowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's supporters rose to their feet, but Wasyl Mindykowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudiu Cobâlcescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than White&Blue Lions-Stiinta-.
