The audience was convinced that Luisito Innocenzio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nemesio Gonchan was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Innocenzio couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Venceslao in the 65th minute of play forced Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Nemesio Gonchan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Errecaborda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Ihazintu to maneuver through the defense. Denis Ur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Lico having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Marcelino Constancio notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Errecaborda AFC's Teo Lico. Teo Lico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 96th minute, Horacio Lander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Errecaborda AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
