Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aurelio Jacindo kicked off to start the match. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Ernesto Venceslao put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mateo Jakue. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Hipolito Nahia got a free kick in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicasio Lorenz during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicasio Lorenz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Mateo Jakue made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Venceslao in the 16th minute. Teo Lico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Fagildo in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Errecaborda AFC booed when Esmeralda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Lamberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Ihazintu's late challenge caught a Esmeralda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Ihazintu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Esmeralda AFC booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Jacindo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teo Lico was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Aquilino Mon hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Nicasio Lorenz was shown his second yellow card after 35 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Errecaborda AFC's Nestor Vellito was substituted for Samuel Ihazintu. After a rather tough play, Esmeralda AFC's Nicasio Lorenz got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Javier Peter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hipolito Nahia hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Ernesto Venceslao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Errecaborda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Venceslao to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Jonatan Ursino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mateo Jakue was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Ernesto Venceslao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Errecaborda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Venceslao in the 66th minute of play forced Esmeralda AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Jakue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Ernesto Venceslao cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Mateo Jakue was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mateo Jakue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Venceslao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Ernesto Venceslao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Jakue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Innocenzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Arturo Maraman hit a great ball. In the 81st match minute, Esmeralda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Rufo to maneuver through the defense. Mateo Jakue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Innocenzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Aquilino Mon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esmeralda AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Errecaborda AFC the free kick. Javier Peter might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Jakue. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Javier Peter ran back to his position shaking his head. Mateo Jakue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Ursino in the 94th minute of the match. Esmeralda AFC's Mateo Jakue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Venceslao in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Errecaborda AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
