Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5614, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aurelio Jacindo got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Robert came free, but Mateo Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Godfredo Gabino during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 6 played minutes Esmeralda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Gabino. If Jeremy Laube had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goalkeeper Mateo Jakue had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremy Laube. Esmeralda AFC's Ceferino Restu got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 14 played minutes Black Dragons got a freekick which was hit by Beniamino Mahle. Jeremy Laube was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Black Dragons's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jeremy Laube might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Jakue. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremy Laube ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Jacindo in the 20th minute of play forced Black Dragons's goalkeeper Helmuth Bremgartner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Helmuth Bremgartner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ceferino Restu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, Esmeralda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicente Beltxe to maneuver through the defense. After 28 played minutes Black Dragons got a freekick which was hit by Jeremy Laube. In the 31st minute, Black Dragons's Bodo Geuken dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 37th match minute, Esmeralda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Jacindo to maneuver through the defense. Helmuth Bremgartner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Fagildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helmuth Bremgartner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Jacindo in the 42nd minute of play. After 46 minutes, Jeremy Laube mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Black Dragons and the Esmeralda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 46 played minutes Black Dragons got a freekick which was hit by Jeremy Laube. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After 51 played minutes Esmeralda AFC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Maldonado. Mateo Jakue made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Robert in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Black Dragons's Beniamino Mahle got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 69 minutes into the match, Esmeralda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremy Laube came free, but Mateo Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esmeralda AFC's Aurelio Jacindo was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 71st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ceferino Restu got free with Helmuth Bremgartner in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anton Robert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mateo Jakue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Black Dragons's Helmuth Bremgartner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Black Dragons from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Black Dragons's Jeremy Laube got a free kick in the 94th minute.
