Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Yuri Alberto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Américo Fernandes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Farafulla FC's Emanuele Arpaia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Farafulla FC's Augusto Tucci got a free kick in the 4th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Juventus EC's Dorival Dionísio tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Juventus EC's Mateus de Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus EC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 9 minutes, Ermanno Della Francesca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farafulla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermanno Della Francesca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute, Zé Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuele Arpaia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 20th match minute, Farafulla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Spagnuolo to maneuver through the defense. Emanuele Arpaia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yuri Alberto's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The supporters of Farafulla FC booed when Juventus EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Américo Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enéas Urbano came free, but Emanuele Arpaia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juventus EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Daniele Cavallo scored to the left of an out of position Mateus de Senna, making the score, 1-2. In the 42nd minute, Daniele Cavallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Farafulla FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Demetrio Domenici hit a great ball. The Farafulla FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Juventus EC were winning 1-2.

If Antonio Spagnuolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuele Arpaia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuri Alberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuele Arpaia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Alberto in the 59th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Juventus EC's Emanuele Arpaia threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yuri Alberto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 67 minutes, Daniele Cavallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Farafulla FC and the Juventus EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 67th minute, Daniele Cavallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's goalkeeper Emanuele Arpaia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Américo Fernandes. Juventus EC's Mateus de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Spagnuolo in the 72nd minute of play. After 77 played minutes Juventus EC got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Urbano. A collision led to Juventus EC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Dorival Dionísio hit a great ball. In the 87th match minute, Juventus EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Luz to maneuver through the defense. The tension between the Juventus EC and the Farafulla FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Farafulla FC booed when Juventus EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ediberto Mandrak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dave Valeriani lost his temper 95 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The Juventus EC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Juventus EC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
