Cássio de Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Corrêa in the 32nd minute. 37 minutes into the match, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goal looked a bit too open when Sandrinho Carvalho came free, but Vítor de Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the game, Claudinho Saldanha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raphael Aguiar to make the kick off. Ismael Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 72nd minute Raphael Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cássio de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Poetass FC's Dani Portillo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-6. Cássio de Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Corrêa, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The TIMETER EC -DMZ- supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Poetass FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Poetass FC.
