The referee ignored BRONCOS's protests and gave Berndt Schmedes a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ejvin Stavnbo in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilmar de Mendonça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 86th minute, Ejvin Stavnbo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilmar de Mendonça was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicholas Aagot in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilmar de Mendonça saved Botafogo AP from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Botafogo AP's zone, Per Sartil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilmar de Mendonça came out of the goal and Per Sartil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BRONCOS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Botafogo AP for a fine match.
