Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5639, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Mitescu started the match with the kick off. Gerardo Todor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Ciprian Barboni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isidoro Ixaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costică Nanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Antonio Fidele hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes of play, FC Luck's Petru Vişoianu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Ixaka was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in FC Luck's zone, Gerardo Todor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciprian Barboni came out of the goal and Gerardo Todor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, FC Luck's goalkeeper Ciprian Barboni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Todor. Daniel Mitescu took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Ixaka. Isidoro Ixaka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. FC Luck's Ciprian Barboni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save FC Luck from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Petru Vişoianu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of A. Korn's Isidoro Ixaka. Isidoro Ixaka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerardo Todor made a kick off. FC Luck's Petru Vişoianu got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vintilă Drăgan's late challenge caught a A. Korn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vintilă Drăgan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Luck's Vintilă Drăgan got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Mitescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, Fabian Chuan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Ciprian Barboni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 82 played minutes A. Korn got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Ilixo. In the 83rd minute of the match Iulian Cangeopol sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Isidoro Ixaka skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Fabian Chuan managed to get in a good position for a shot. A. Korn's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Chuan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciprian Barboni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Mauro Rik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciprian Barboni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Jerold in the 91st minute of play. The A. Korn manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing FC Luck to win.
