Spectators: 7462 (Terracing: 5597, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) After 5 minutes of play, Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Pinho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saul Sasoin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 13 minutes, Kléber Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Squadra Demarchi and the CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Squadra Demarchi's Kléber Queirós got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 14 minutes, Enrique Mikelar made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute Kléber Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Sasoin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Enrique Mikelar notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha. Oscar Saldanha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Saul Sasoin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinho Pinho in the 25th minute of play. Saul Sasoin came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Pinho. But to his dismay, Claudinho Pinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Roque Ulizes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Oscar Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Squadra Demarchi were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrique Mikelar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th match minute, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Bemabe to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS booed when Squadra Demarchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Saul Sasoin was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Kléber Queirós capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kléber Queirós really showed his touch with that goal: 2-5. If Bonifacio Chepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Kléber Queirós scored to the left of an out of position Saul Sasoin, making the score, 2-6. Oscar Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Mikelar in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd play minute Kléber Queirós came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Saul Sasoin. 2-7. Marcelo Nafarroa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 89 minutes into the match. In the 89th match minute, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Nafarroa to maneuver through the defense. Squadra Demarchi's Paulinho Paraibano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS. Saul Sasoin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kléber Queirós in the 93rd minute. After a rather tough play, CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Fumanchu Jára got a free kick in the 97th minute.
